We offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in Residences By The Sea, Residences In The Park and Residences At The Spa set in the Historic 1887 Hotel. All our residences are a part of the ownership program. You can choose to own on a weekly basis, a quarter-share, or a whole ownership and we encourage you to further tailor your purchase to suit your needs by selecting the time of year and the amount of time you spend here.
Residences come fully furnished, with all fixtures and fittings included. Whether you choose a residence with 740 or 4,000 sq. ft., or purchase one week, 13 weeks or the entire residence, you will appreciate the superb finishes and generous, thoughtful floor plans.
