The Crane Resort (sometimes hereinafter referred to as “Hotel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is dedicated to providing exceptional service to guests of all abilities. We strive to provide online content that provides an excellent user experience for visitors of all abilities, using any type of assistive technology to access the website.

The registration desk is 48 ½” high. Guests who are unable to use the registration desk will be personally attended by staff.

Village Cafe: 43” entrance door width and there is accessible covered outdoor seating.
The Grove Beach Bar & Grill: no doorway and ramped access to the beach; however it may not be accessible to guests who use wheelchairs.

Meeting and event facility accessibility:
Town Hall has entrance door width of 51".
Carrington Room has entrance door width of 55".
Windsor Room has entrance door width of 55".
Belleplaine Room has entrance door width of 56".
Please note that the meeting and event spaces are on the upper floor of the building, so there is currently no accessible route to reach it.

Please note that the fitness center is on the upper floor of the building, so there is currently no accessible route for guests who use wheelchairs to reach it.
The Crane Resort pools do not have accessible features for guests who use wheelchairs.
